One to One Coaching

My online coaching offers an environment to focus on what matters to you, utilizing psychology, somatic techniques and occasional guided exercises to nurture your approach towards yourself, and different aspects of your life.

My coaching combines the structure of psychology and the embodied nature of somatic work to support you in connecting deeper to the felt experience of your life, gaining more clarity, enhanced self-connection and an enriched potential in different parts of your journey such as relationship with yourself and others, leadership and work.

With all of my clients, our first session is introductory where we will create intentions together based on what you need from a coach at this point in your life, and the outcome you are looking for.

Moving forward together, we will share a weekly or bi-weekly online space where you can explore your focus in a fresh way, finding new insights, levels of connection and a gained momentum of change before the session is finished.

What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a body-oriented approach to inner work and personal development. This approach provides a culture to recognize the whole being, the “soma”. When we combine the mind and the body in our approach to ourselves, we give our whole being what it needs, leading to empowered and long lasting change. Coming from a background in both Psychology and Somatic work, I find bringing the somatic approach to coaching effective in creating life shifts in a more potent and sustainable way. Somatic coaching offers subtle interventions within the session to bring you out of “overthinking” and bring your whole self forward, avoiding simply repeating what you already are thinking day to day. Somatic exercises can expand awareness of your life into a more spacious and embodied understanding, leading to improved clarity and connection moving forward.
