Through my studies, and most of all my experience, I have found that therapy and inner work only creates sustainable results when approached to the “whole self”. When I only give attention to my psychology-based methods, I lack the personal and embodied nature to keep my results sustainable. When I enter a life circumstance only focused on the body, I feel a lack of structure to connect with the values that mould my life.

My work is constantly marrying science and feeling together. When we look at our whole-self, we give ourselves all of what we need, that is empowering, that is sustainable.

On a personal level, nervous system regulation and somatic coaching has helped me be able to feel steady and connected with myself through both the hardest parts of my life, such as near fatal car crashes, break ups, grief, and the most vibrant parts such as job mile-stones, nurturing relationships and taking the time to enjoy my successes.

One of the things that I find so mind-blowing about this kind of work is it not only supports us in the healing of what feels like the un-liveable, but it also expands our capacity to create and enjoy what matters to us.

Since offering this approach to myself and others, I have never felt a stronger love and trust in myself, providing both a physiological and emotional readiness for what life throws at me- whether it's tragic or beautiful.

For my clients, this approach has enabled them to develop a wider scope of their needs and an informed way to meet them. I have seen my clients show themselves more understanding and patience, have steadiness with difficult emotions and have thrived in their life ambitions in a way that feels present and authentic.

It is a pleasure to still get texts from my clients sharing how they have used techniques from our sessions in their lives, and to witness the liberation they feel for providing themselves that.

It is so important to me that you leave our sessions feeling empowered- whether that’s from approaching a hard emotion or memory with compassion, or breaking through barriers and expanding new potentials.

I am excited to meet you.

Before I found my coaching career, I worked as a coordinator for volunteers in Sri Lanka. Living in a country centered in Buddhism completely changed the fabric in which I approached life. My measure of success transitioned from focusing on how much could I achieve in my life, to how deep of a connection could I feel while living it. Through this focus on connection with myself and others I delved into the workings of the mind and the body.
